Your Tiny Plan
How is the subscription payment processed? Is it safe to pay by card?
Your baby food subscription payment is secure. We use safe payment gateways to protect your data. Payment is automatically processed 3 days before each delivery.
How does the subscription work? Can I change my dishes for my next order? How can I cancel?
At Tiny Riots you can choose between subscribing or making a one-off purchase — you decide what works best for your routine.
The subscription is perfect if you want to forget about placing orders every week. With it you get a permanent discount on all dishes, automatic deliveries every 15 days and the flexibility to skip an order, change the date or cancel from your account. A reliable helping hand whenever you need it most.
You can add or change dishes based on what your family needs, always keeping the minimum of 8 dishes, up to 3 days before the next delivery. If you make no changes, your pack will stay the same and will be automatically sent according to the delivery schedule.
You can log in to your account at any time from our homepage: www.tinyriots.es to change dishes, reschedule deliveries, pause or cancel your subscription.

Everything can be adjusted up to 3 days before delivery. No commitments, no surprises. Just the peace of mind of having your plan ready… or changing it if needed.
Can I pause the subscription if I don't want to receive food one week?

Deliveries and orders
Can I change the delivery address or date for my subscription?
From your account you can update the address, change the delivery day or even skip a delivery up to 3 days before the delivery date. Change it if you are heading to the countryside, have a doctor's appointment… or simply if another time works better for you. Tiny Riots adapts to each family, not the other way around.
How does Tiny Riots delivery work and which areas do you deliver to?
Delivery is refrigerated, straight to your door, and you can choose the day. It is delivered between 9:00 and 13:30, with a tracking email. For now, we deliver to mainland Spain, but we are working on reaching more areas. Change of plans? You can update the date or address up to 3 days before. Easy, on time and cold chain guaranteed.
Can I return a Tiny Riots order if there is a problem?
As our food is refrigerated and has a consumption date, orders cannot be returned if everything has arrived in good condition. But if there is an issue (something damaged, a mistake or something that is not in the right condition), write to us at hola@tinyriots.es on the same day you receive your order.
We will also need you to send us images so we can review it and find a solution as quickly as possible. At Tiny Riots we are here to take care of you, not to add to your mental load.
Tiny Dishes and Packs
Why do you say you don't make baby food? Do you cook naturally and like home-cooked food?
Because we don't make the "baby food" that many brands advertise. We make natural food, cooked in a pot, with no salt or additives, with the same care you would put in at home. Real vegetables, slow-cooked until we achieve the perfect texture for each stage. In short, Tiny Riots is home-cooked food for little foodies from 6 months… that any adult would happily eat too.
Where can I find the full list of dishes and ingredients?
You can find it on each product page. There you will find the ingredients, possible allergens and which stage each dish is designed for. All clear, no small print. So that choosing is easy and you know what is in every spoonful… before it arrives.
What does Tiny Riots mean and why is it called that?
Tiny Riots means "small revolts". And it speaks to that arrival that turns everything upside down: schedules, routines, dinners and priorities. Tiny Riots is not a revolution of banners, but of bibs, dark circles and toys on the floor. A new way of raising, eating and living. With the table set and more time to spare.
How often do you add new dishes?
At Tiny Riots we don't launch new dishes on a fixed schedule, and in fact there are months where we don't add anything new. We do this on purpose: we don't want to leave families without their trusted dishes or create constant changes that complicate everyday planning.
That said, to ensure variety, we have a wide range within each category, which makes it easy to try and rotate dishes without any trouble. In fact, you could have a different dish every day without it ever feeling repetitive 😊
Storage and preparation
Can I serve only part of a Tiny Riots dish and store the rest?
When appetite is low, simply set aside a portion before heating and store it in the fridge. It can be eaten within the next 24 hours. This way, each meal adapts to actual hunger, without forcing or wasting. Because learning to eat also means being able to decide how much and when, based on what each little one needs.
How are your ready meals packaged? Are they safe for babies?
All our recipes arrive refrigerated and ready to store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. They contain no preservatives or colourings, just real ingredients cooked with time and care. They are packaged in a way that naturally preserves the flavour, texture and nutrients, without adding anything at all: only the ingredients you will find listed in each product description.
We also strictly follow current legislation for the preparation of foods intended for infants and young children, ensuring the highest safety and quality in every dish.
Can Tiny Riots dishes be frozen?
Yes, you can freeze them. Please note that many dishes contain potato, rice or pasta, so the texture may change upon thawing (nothing that wouldn't happen if you froze those ingredients at home yourself!). If you choose to freeze them, it will still be safe, but the experience may vary.
What is the expiry date?
Our products have a best before date of two weeks when kept in the fridge (you will find the date indicated on the packaging you receive).
How do I heat and store Tiny Riots dishes?
Dishes arrive refrigerated and keep in the fridge for 15 days. They can be heated in just 1 to 2 minutes in the microwave or on the hob. Simply remove the band, pierce the film or transfer to a plate or pan. Too much food? No problem, set aside a portion before heating, store it in the fridge and consume it within the next 24 hours.
Nutrition, safety and health
What if our little one already eats with salt?
Our recipes contain no added salt and are designed to be suitable from 6 months, in line with WHO recommendations. But every family has their own pace. If you have already started introducing salt or your little one is older, you can try the dishes as they come and adjust to taste if needed. The important thing is that Tiny fits into your table, not the other way around.
Are the Tiny Bites suitable for BLW (baby-led weaning) and encouraging food independence?
Tiny Bites are not designed exclusively for BLW, but they do work well for families who follow it. They have soft pieces, easy-to-grab shapes and textures that invite exploration. They also help develop food independence: they can be picked up with hands, tried at their own pace and eaten like a big kid, without rush or pressure. Always check that the size and texture suit what your little one can manage, and adapt if needed by mashing or preparing according to their needs.
Is our baby ready for solid dishes like Tiny Bites? Are the pieces a safe size?
Every child is different, so it is best to check with your paediatrician. Some signs: they can sit up with little support, show interest in food, grab food with their hands and start chewing. It may be the right time to introduce solid baby dishes. Tiny Bites are designed for exactly that: soft pieces, easy-to-grab shapes and a safe size that encourages their independence.
What if my child is 2 years or older? Is Tiny Riots for me?
Yes, absolutely.
Tiny Riots has no "up to" age. The +6, +9 or +10 month indications are guidelines referring to the point at which certain textures can typically be introduced safely, always respecting each child's individual pace and development. They do not mean the product becomes unsuitable afterwards.
Tiny Riots is natural ingredients.
These are dishes made with 100% natural ingredients, no added salt and no preservatives. That makes them perfectly suitable for children aged 2 and above too.
From a certain age, many families start to slightly adapt the flavour of dishes at home. Since our recipes are clean and balanced, they allow you to add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, mild spices or whatever touch you usually use at home.

Is the Tiny Riots menu safe if my baby has allergies? Can there be traces?
The ingredients are detailed on each product page. For severe allergies, it is best to check with our team first.
Are Tiny Riots packaging materials recyclable? Why is plastic used?
All our packaging is recyclable. The plastic we use is designed to keep food refrigerated without the need for preservatives. It protects the dishes without altering texture or flavour. And each part of the packaging (box, container, band) is recycled separately. Because eating well also means taking care of the planet.
What is oral motor development and how do I know if my baby is ready for food with pieces?
Oral motor development is the ability to move the tongue, lips and jaw when eating. The best thing is to check with your paediatrician or trusted nutritionist to find out if your little one is ready. Some signs that they may be ready for Tiny Bites: they accept thick purées, move food around in their mouth, sit up with support, have lost the tongue-thrust reflex and show interest in what you are eating.
